Alternative gatherings

We really appreciate our Sunday services at our church and we try to make them as accessible and relevant as possible. But we also recognise that some people want to explore faith in a completely different environment, so we also run various monthly gatherings, all put on by people from CBC who have a heart for Chichester and the community in which we live.

On a typical Sunday many of us won’t be in our church building, but will be out and about in the community, doing and being church elsewhere. Each alternative gathering will have a specific people group, need or location in mind and the venues vary.

Wherever we are, the intention is the same: to share and explore faith in a relaxed and accessible way.

They’re open to anyone who’d like to come along. If you’re someone who is interested in exploring faith in a different environment to our Sunday meetings, then one of our alternative gatherings may well be for you.

We truly believe God’s love is available for all people and want people to discover that for themselves, whatever the format and location.
