Pregnancy Options Centre

Want to support people facing unplanned pregnancy, post abortion or pregnancy loss?

To help us manage a sustained increase in client referrals, and avoid a growing waiting list, Options are looking to recruit and train more Volunteers to join our counselling team.

Pregnancy Centres Network (PCN) have developed a Level 3 Accredited Award in Pregnancy Choices Support, which follows the same principles, knowledge, tools and ethos that Options uses in our own Centre.

PCN are running an online course, starting September 23rd over 12 bi-weekly sessions (Mondays 12.30-3.00) to equip people to support clients facing an unplanned pregnancy.

Once completed, volunteers have the option to continue on to complete a post-abortion and pregnancy loss course. We would love to be able to expand our team, which would enable us to support more clients and reduce the possibility of waiting times.

Prior counselling experience is not required. All training and supervision is provided and paid for by Options.
