Wellspring

Wellspring is a Bible study and prayer group for women that meets on a fortnightly basis on Wednesday mornings during term time.

We follow the basic format below.

09:30 Coffee and cakes: we start with the all-important refreshments and a chance to catch up with each other since our last meeting.

10:00 Talk: we invite speakers from within and outside the church to speak on a subject relating to our programme for the term.

10:30 Small groups: we break into small groups to discuss the day’s subject and then to pray for each other.

To find out more about Wellspring please contact us and one of the leaders will get back to you.

We also offer individual prayer ministry before our meeting. This is held in the Corner Classroom from 9.15 am. No need to book - Just turn up and two people will be there to welcome you and pray with/for you.

For the Summer term, we will be looking at the Acts of the Apostles. The sessions will help us to see how Jesus’ acts, through the apostles, inform and empower our own acts today. We will draw on Tom Wright’s wisdom to help us. After the study we will discuss, pray and share in smaller groups, finishing by 11.30am.
