This is a repeat of a walk we did almost three years ago at the Medmerry Nature Reserve.
Because there is limited car parking, we meet at CBC at 9:30 am to share transport. However, if you live near to Selsey/Witterings area, by all means go direct.
We start the walk at about 10:00 am from the Earnley car park, next to the former Earnley Concourse at PO20 7JL, grid ref:816967. We head east to Marsh Barn, then south passing the Stilt Ponds to the beach, then back past the holiday village to the cars. The distance is between 3 and 4 miles, dead flat.
Dress appropriately and wear suitable footwear as the paths may be muddy, and bring a snack if desired. Bring binoculars if you have them and are interested in wildlife.
Wives/friends are welcome. Please let Phil Coleman know directly [or via the Church Office] whether you hope to come and if you’ll be accompanied, and whether you will go direct to Earnley or via CBC.
