  • Chichester Baptist Church 124 Sherborne Road po19 3aw United Kingdom (map)

Retired Men's Group, Feeding Futures and Men United have joined forces for this event with David Baldwin, former Royal Marines Major and veteran of the 1982 Falklands Conflict. Sharing through stories and images, David's story covers a wide array of experiences:
- His background in Kenya;
- His journey of faith and life on the frontlines as a soldier, with active service in the former Tanganyika, Aden and the Falkland Islands, where he was responsible for the repatriation of over two thousand Argentinian prisoners of war,
- His service in the Ministry of Defence, for which he was awarded an MBE,
- His latest career phase as Chair of Trustees of St. Peter's Lifeline, a Christian educational charity supporting a rural community near Meru, near Mt. Kenya, which has many similarities, and a few differences, to Feeding Futures.
This multi-faceted talk promises to enlighten, inspire and challenge with some key messages for us. Open to all, irrespective of age or gender.
